Megaflatables, Megaflatables Limited and all associated products are part of the Accend IT Group of companies

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the buyer and Accend IT Limited and override any conditions the buyer and Accend IT Limited may have otherwise, except those confirmed by Accend IT Limited in writing.

Any variations on these conditions stipulated by any of the buyer's documents implied by statute, common law or trade usage are inapplicable unless accepted by Accend IT Limited in writing. This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law. Our Guarantee;

We guarantee all products against any defect as a result of manufacturing and in the event of such we will replace the item up to 28 days from the purchase date.

Original Products Guarantee
We only supply original products designed, created and manufactured by Megaflatables - guaranteed.

Payment options for all customers
All orders require pre payment in full by credit or debit card before goods are dispatched. The payment will be handled by a secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.

V.A.T.
All prices show V.A.T where applicable & must be paid on all orders.

Currency
All orders will be transacted in Pounds Sterling.

Prices
Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration without prior notice.

UK, Europe and USA Mainland Delivery Charges
We dispatch all products to the UK, Europe and the USA mainland only by a national carrier. All delivery charges will be notified at the point of purchase from the "Basket" page. The delivery service provided may be a "signed for" delivery. If you request that the package is left somewhere without a signature then we will be unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage.

Delivery Times
Because we are customer driven, where ever possible orders are from stock and we endeavour to get orders dispatched as per the delivery times qouted at the point of purchase from the "Basket" page. However, if we expect delivery to exceed this time-frame we will advise you of an estimated delivery date.

Trade Description Act
Whilst every care is taken to describe the products accurately, customers should satisfy themselves that the product meets their requirements. Accend IT Limited reserves the right to amend specifications on all items without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without prior notice.

Retention of Title
All goods will remain the property of Megaflatables and Accend IT Limited. until paid for in full by the customer. Title of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by Accend IT Limited., until such time, Accend IT Limited reserves the right to repossess any goods.

Delivery Errors
Shortages, breakages, non-deliveries or discrepancies must be advised within 3 working days of receipt of order. No claims will be considered outside of this period.

Privacy
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties, if you have a question concerning this please contact us.

Returns Policy
Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or credit within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions and exclusions;

1.Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
2.Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
3.Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Megaflatables and Accend IT Limited unless otherwise stated.
4.Please ensure goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
5.Used products may not be returned for credit or refund.
6.Returned goods will be inspected for obvious use.

To help us process returns as quickly and accurately as possible, please email our customer services team at info@megaflatables.com for advice BEFORE returning any goods. Please also return a copy of our delivery note or invoice with the goods with an explanation of why goods are being returned.

Force Majeure
Deliveries for any goods may be suspended pending any contingencies beyond Megaflatables and Accend IT Limited's control. Megaflatables and Accend IT Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the customer thereby.
