Full Event Management


Megaflatables offers a full Project Management service from the initial design and manufacture through to full implementation, installation and storage.

We operate an in house project office working to levels of PRINCE2 and will work hand in hand with your requirements.

For larger projects we are able to offer a dedicated Project Manager who will not only handle the logistics and delivery but will be on site from the installation and sign off.

After the project has been completed we can take your inflatables, clean repair them (if required and then store them until the next time you need them. They will be safe and warm the whole time)

In the UK we have an event team of 8 trained Project Managers who are each year re-trained to European requirements under EN14960.

  • We are able to supply individual personal for smaller projects or larger teams for multi product installs.
  • We will deliver, install, inflate and stay with the inflatables for the duration of the event.
  • Full RISK for the project is supplied free of charge.
  • If our team is on site the Insurance is also included.
  • Subject to the project, grounding weights are also included.
  • Megaflatables are able to deliver to and from any event across Europe.
  • Our day rates include, travel, accommodation, insurance, electrical issues and on site repairs.

  • Testing and Quality Control
    Full and continual testing of our inflatables throughout the production process and random sampling of bulk orders is carried out by our team.
    Storage of inflatables
    Megaflatables are able to offer a full storage and cleaning service for your inflatables. Although this is very important to maintain the durability and lifespan of the inflatable, sometimes its just easier if we take care of them for you.
